Thirteen trees (Bluff oaks, Quercus austrina, and sand live oaks, Quercus geminata) were planted on the school campus.
Tuesday, November 3 – Holden Pond Park, Hawthorne
We planted eleven trees (American elms, Ulmus americana, live oaks, Quercus geminata, southern magnolias, Magnolia grandiflora, and pond-cypresses, Taxodium ascendens) at the western edge of Holden Pond.
Tuesday, October 27 – Hawthorne Athletic Park, Hawthorne
We planted seven live oaks (Quercus geminata) along the park’s perimeter.
Saturday, October 17 – Lake Forest Elementary School, Gainesville
We planted nineteen trees (bluff oaks, Quercus austrina, pond-cypresses, Taxodium ascendens, and sycamores, Platanus occidentalis) on the school campus,
